At Tywar Bxoux, we work with small capital investors across Canada who trust us with their financial decisions. That trust means everything, which is why we've designed our refund policy to be clear and fair.
Financial services require careful consideration, and we respect that sometimes circumstances change. This policy outlines when refunds apply and how we handle them.
When Refunds Apply
Not every service can be refunded, but we recognize certain situations where refunds make sense. Here's what qualifies:
Consultation Fees
Initial consultation fees can be refunded if requested within 48 hours of booking, provided the session hasn't occurred yet.
Service Cancellations
If we cancel a scheduled service or can't deliver what was agreed upon, you'll receive a full refund automatically.
Technical Issues
Payment errors or duplicate charges will be corrected and refunded within five business days of discovery.
Services Not Eligible for Refunds
Some aspects of our work can't be refunded once they've been delivered. This includes:
- Completed investment advisory sessions where recommendations have been provided
- Portfolio analysis reports that have been delivered and reviewed
- Market research conducted specifically for your investment goals
- Educational materials or resources accessed through our platform
- Services provided more than 30 days before the refund request
This isn't about being difficult. Once advice is given or work is done, it can't be taken back. We've found this approach works best for both sides.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you're eligible for a refund, here's the process we follow:
Submit Your Request
Contact us at contact@tywarbxoux.info with your request. Include your service details, payment information, and the reason for your refund request. The more context you provide, the faster we can process things.
Review Period
We'll review your request within three business days. You'll hear from Nadira Lockridge or another team member who will explain whether your request qualifies and what happens next.
Approval and Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. You'll receive confirmation via email with the expected timeline.
Funds Return
Money typically appears in your account within the timeframe outlined below. If it takes longer, reach out and we'll investigate with you.

Different payment methods have different processing speeds. Here's what to expect:
Refund Timeline by Payment Method
These are typical timeframes based on our experience with various payment processors. Sometimes it's faster, occasionally it takes a day or two longer.
- Credit Card 5-7 business days
- Debit Card 7-10 business days
- Bank Transfer 3-5 business days
- Electronic Payment 2-4 business days
Special Circumstances
Life throws curveballs sometimes. We recognize that not everything fits neatly into categories.
- Medical emergencies or family situations may warrant exceptions to standard timelines
- Service interruptions on our end always result in prorated refunds or credits
- Dissatisfaction with service quality should be raised immediately so we can address concerns
- Technical platform issues that prevent service access will be resolved with appropriate compensation
If you're dealing with something unusual, just talk to us. We've been doing this since 2019 and have probably encountered something similar before.
Partial Refunds
Sometimes a full refund doesn't make sense, but neither does no refund at all. Partial refunds come into play when:
- Some services in a package have been delivered while others haven't
- You've used part of a prepaid service allocation
- Cancellation happens mid-project with work already completed
- Subscription services are cancelled partway through a billing period
We calculate partial refunds based on the unused portion of services. It's straightforward math, and we'll show you how we arrived at the amount.
Investment Advisory Notice
Refunds do not reverse any investment decisions made based on our advisory services. Market actions taken on our recommendations are your responsibility. Our refund policy covers service fees only, not investment outcomes or market performance.
Changes to This Policy
We update this policy occasionally as our services evolve or regulatory requirements change. The current version always appears here with the update date at the top.
Significant changes will be communicated via email to active clients. For everyone else, checking back before engaging services is a good idea.
Previous versions aren't publicly archived, but if you need to reference an older policy that applied when you purchased services, contact us and we'll provide it.
